One on one prenatal yoga sessions concentrating on your personal needs and goals, yoga and meditation catering to easier labour, Doula support with yoga birthing techniques (include meditation, breath and yoga postures into your birth plan) enjoy your labour be mindful and cherish every moment, Group prenatal classes, Doula postpartum support.

Offering: Registered, Massage Therapy, Birth Doula, and Hypnobirthing
Since being a doula for over 9 years, I have focused my doula package on providing specialized care for every individual family by meeting 3 times before the birth. I use these visits to really get to know the family’s need and desires. I use my Massage Therapy background and extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology to help relieve discomfort during labour. Post-partum care involves breastfeeding support, baby care, discussion of post partum depression warning signs, as well as an Infant Massage Instruction. I offer a free consultation in which the family can get to know me, my experience, fees, and also how Massage Therapy benefits from insurance companies may be used to cover some, or all of the fee.
